1. Why should I send a gift basket?
   Gift baskets are a unique, original way to express your sentiments. Your gift will be remembered long after it is received. Our baskets are filled with gourmet goodies and quality gifts. After the treats are gone, a beautiful basket or container and other items remain as a reminder of your thoughtfulness. 2. How can I contact Carolina Basket Creations?
   Our normal business hours are Mon-Thur 9 AM-5 PM EST. You are welcome to email, fax, or place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you fax us please call us to confirm fax received.
3. What kind of payment options do you offer?
   We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal/corporate checks, money orders, and cash. For corporate orders, credit terms may be established on a case by case basis, but usually net. 15. Past due invoices will incur late fees every 15 days past the due date. 
4. Will my order be safe and secure?
   Yes! Our shopping cart is safe and secure. When you enter our secure server you can safely enter your credit information. If ordering online makes you uncomfortable, you may print out the order page and fax it to 704-483-0061 or call us toll free at 888-859-2323. If you fax us please call us to confirm fax received.
5. Do you hand deliver and what will it cost?
   Yes, we offer local delivery to limited areas. Please call 888-859-2323 for more information. Please note: that we do have a $50.00 minimum basket order for hand deliveries. Due to the high cost of hand delivery we encourage our customers to ship.                  
   
   Rush delivery may be available; however, $10.00 will be added to your final bill to compensate our time.
   
   Holiday delivery may be available; however, a holiday delivery charge will be incurred.
   
   Special timed deliveries may be available; however, a special timed delivery charge will be incurred.
   
   Please call us at 888-859-2323 for quotes, further information, or to schedule a local, rush, holiday, and special timed deliveries. At this time our website cannot calculate hand delivery charges, if any charges apply, they will be added to your total.  
6. How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?
   Most orders can be completed in a few days or less. At Christmas some lead time is necessary in most instances and shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches.
7. Will the basket I order look the same as the picture?
   Our designs and inventory are constantly changing. We are always looking for new products and enhancements to create fresh new looks for our baskets. Because of this, you won't get the same look twice. We will always use only the finest gifts, food, and containers.
   
   The soft cello that we use to wrap most gifts has been removed for photos. Your gift basket will look better than the photos you see here!
   
   If you wish the basket you order to have the "exact" look and ingredients, please state this on your order form under "Special Instructions". We will do our best to fill your order.
   
   However, due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of greater value when it becomes necessary. We guarantee you and your recipient will be delighted with any of our baskets.
8. Do you have a "store front" where I can come see your gift baskets?
   The Carolina Basket Creations is strictly an online gift basket store; we work out of our studio.
   
   If you are a business and would like to view our baskets, we will gladly work with your schedule to determine a time where we can discuss what we have to offer your company.
9. Do you have any services available to help me decide which of your baskets to choose?
   Yes, if you can't decide what you want, call or e-mail us with your budget constraints, and our Personal Shopper will choose a gift basket for your recipient based on a little information from you about them, the occasion, etc.
10. What else do I need to know? (chocolate, taxes, billing)
    If your gift choice contains chocolate we will gladly substitute those products out for products equal or greater than. 
    
    We are required to collect 6.75% sales tax on all orders including delivery and shipping charges.
