Policies
Privacy Policy: Under no circumstances will we
disclose and/or sell our customer database to any third party
companies. The information we collect from you is solely to process
and ship (deliver) your gift to the recipient. This information will
allow us to fill your order and notify you of your order status.
Your e-mail address is used to send you a confirmation note/receipt
of your order. We use a secure server to collect and process all
orders.
Return Policy: We take great care in
packaging our baskets, therefore any damaged shipments must be
reported to us immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as it may
be requested by carrier. We will make every effort to replace any
damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.
Please call or
e-mail us to obtain authorization. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the recepient/buyer. Shipping and handling
charges are non refundable. All merchandise must be
returned in the original carton and in good condition. No credit can
be issued until the returned merchandise is received by
us.
Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa,
Discover, American Express, personal/corporate checks, money orders,
and cash. For corporate orders, credit terms may be established on a
case by case basis, but usually net. 15. Past due
invoices will incur late fees every 15 days past the due
date.
Shipping/Handling
Policy:
UPS and FedEx are our preferred method of shipping. Most packages will
arrive at their destination in 1-6 business days, excluding Saturday
and Sunday.
We also offer the option of USPS Priority Mail
with Delivery Confirmation. You must choose this option if you are
shipping to a PO Box, APO address or overseas. Most USPS Priority
Mail packages will arrive at their destination in 2-3 days,
excluding Sunday.
We cannot guaranteee transit times
with any carrier.
Express Overnight Mail
is available on most orders placed by 9:30 AM EST. You must call us
to place an order with Express Overnight Mail.
Express Overnight Mail shipping charges are
$40.00 and up over the regular ground charges. Final
price depends on the weight, size, and location.
Orders
received by 9:30 AM
EST will usually be shipped the following day if not same day. We make
every effort to ship within 48 hours from date of order.
We will not ship fruit due to
spoilage.
Shipping delays may occur during various
holiday seasons as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you
via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your
order.
Prices listed on this website do not include
shipping costs or hand delivery costs. Shipping charges
will be calculated when you order. You will receive an email
invoice/receipt that will include the shipping costs. Shipping rates
are as follows and will be added to your final order.
At this time our website cannot calculate hand delivery
charges, those charges will be added to your total. Hand
delivery charges are non refundable. If you order on
line you will receive tracking information when your
gift has been shipped. Also, if you order on line you will
receive confirmation when your gift has been hand
delivered.

Please be sure that all recipient
information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name
and apartment, condominium, and/or suite numbers where applicable.
Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay in arrival
and/or additional fees ($5.00-$10.00) from the carrier, which will
be charged to the purchaser. If a gift is returned, due to
incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to
provide an alternate shipping address. Purchaser will be
required to pay additional shipping charges incurred for
reshipment.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii,
Canada, Mexico, and overseas will incur additional
shipping charges. Overseas Shipping: We do
offer overseas shipping for our client’s convenience. Please note
that shipments out of the United States are at the purchaser’s risk.
Carolina Basket Creations, LLC will
not replace, refund, or credit monies (gift, tax,
& shipping) due to lost shipments overseas. We can get tracking
numbers on these packages but in most countries the tracking
numbers only track partway. Carolina Basket Creations,
LLC will not replace, refund, or credit monies (gift,
tax, & shipping) due to shipments overseas if shipping carrier
decides to ship us back the gift. If this happens the purchaser
will be notified and the gift will be destroyed.
Disclaimer: Due to availability of products and
seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of
equal value when it becomes necessary.
Food allergies of the
gift recipient(s) will be brought to the attention of Carolina
Basket Creations, LLC during order placement. We hold no
responsibility of bodily harm should any food products contained in
our gift designs cause allergic reaction in the gift
recipient(s).
Carolina Basket Creations, LLC assumes no
liability to anyone getting injured due to the miss use of any part
of the gift(s) purchased.
